Want to make the most of our summer challenges?

We firmly believe that accountability organization is a key factor in keeping you motivated throughout your fitness journey.

With summer shapes coming, we want to make sure we have all the tools we need to succeed, so we want to help you create them! Here are how to get combinations + how to enhance your SSU experience!

Why join the accountability group?

• motivation: Exercise and stay on track can be challenging. The Accountability Team provides the support system you need to be motivated and focus on your goals.

• Encouragement and accountability: On the days when you want to give up, your LSF baby will be there to cheer you on and remind you why you started!

• Common interests: Build connections with other people with similar goals and interests. Share tips, success, and even your efforts to learn and grow together on your fitness journey.

• Girl time: Make new friends and have fun while working towards fitness goals will make the journey better.

• Opportunities to win prizes: By joining an accountability organization and submitting your team, you have the opportunity to win exciting group awards at the end of SSU!

How to join the Accountability Team:

🌟 Comment on our IG post: First introduce yourself. Share your name, where you come from, your hobbies and what you want to share with the group (new moms, recent graduates, etc.).

🌟 initiative: Once the comments start scrolling, don’t be shy! Reach out your hand and respond to comments to form a group. You have this!

🌟 Choose your platform: Groups can be formed anywhere you want – Facebook, Instagram DMS, group text, WhatsApp, email chains, etc.

🌟 Create a team name: Once you have a group, come up with an interesting and unique team name!

🌟 Add new members: If you have encountered a group from past challenges, let one person comment on some group interests and let other SSU participants know that you want to add more members.

🌟 Submit your group: Choose a person to fill in the group Submit Form Have a chance to win prizes for your entire team! Please submit the form by midnight on July 15.

🌟 Stay in touch: Every week, we are in ours Facebook Group and Instagram Stories Help you connect with each other and stay motivated!
