Before starting July 8, we’ve put together 10 things to do so you can get all the tips for success this summer!

To-do list for summer shapes:

1. Bikini Body Detox Meal Plan

July 7, the day before we launch SSU, join us to develop a bikini body detox program to detox your body and prepare to crush your fitness goals! When you sign up here, you will get this plan for free.

One of the keys to success during the challenge is preparing for a meal. Take some time to plan your meals for the week so you can stay on track with your nutritional goals.

This makes eating healthy throughout the week easier so you won’t scramble to buy unhealthy meals and snacks.

3. Photos before taking pictures

Before taking photos are the key to tracking your progress + being eligible for a grand prize!

Lift your SSU 2024 symbol (in the SSU script) so that we can verify for this challenge that this is a true “before” photo!

Do:

  • Bright, natural lighting

  • Tight clothes/sports bras and shorts

  • Vertical and full body

  • Front, side, rear

  • Clean background (such as walls or doors)

  • Wear the same clothes before and after!

No:

  • Dark, dark lighting
  • Loose clothes
  • Messy background
  • The lens in the distance

6. Set clear goals

Define your SSU goals. Whether it’s weight loss, building muscle or improving endurance, setting clear goals can help you stay focused and motivated.

7. Take notes and track progress

Before starting the SSU, record your weight and measurements. This will be the key to tracking your progress + celebrating your achievements at the end of the summer.

8. Join an accountability team

We firmly believe that accountability organization is a key factor in keeping you motivated throughout your fitness journey. With summer shapes coming, we want to make sure we have all the tools we need to succeed, so we want to help you create them! View the post @teamlsf How to join the group!

9. Arrange your exercise time

Block time in a calendar or exercise plan. Arrange it in advance and treat it as another important date as a priority!

10. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate

Don’t forget to drink plenty of water throughout the challenge. Staying hydrated is critical to overall health, energy levels, and recovery after exercise. You can also make drinking water more fun by adding a spoonful of winged women or natural beauty 😉
