Sweat for a Cause: Join the Love Your BODi 10-Time Workout Challenge

We all know how difficult it can be to show up—especially when life gets busy or motivation wanes. But what if this time, your workout did more than just make you feel stronger?

Starting October 15th, we invite you to join Love Your BODi 10 Workout Challenges*: A movement to recommit to your health and support the causes we care about –save a soldieris a nonprofit organization that provides life-saving support to veterans, first responders, and others facing post-traumatic stress.

It’s a powerful way to build momentum in your own journey, inspire those around you, and make real change together.


Here’s how it works

    • Perform 10 exercises.
      Complete any 10 BODi workouts between October 15 and November 16, 2025. Choose your favorite or explore something new—every workout counts.
    • Connect and celebrate together.
      Join BODi to experience free challenge rooms within the community to stay motivated, share your wins, and participate in fun points-based community challenges designed to keep your energy high.
    • Make an impact.
      For every 10 workouts completed, BODi will donate $5 to each participant who completes all 10 workouts, up to a maximum of $25,000. Every sweat session helps you achieve your goals and support those who serve our country.
    • Earn a limited edition BODi badge.
      Once you complete all 10 workouts, you’ll unlock an exclusive “Love Your BODi” limited edition badge – symbolizing your dedication, strength and compassion.
      Wear it proudly on your BODi profile to celebrate your achievements and show your support for important causes.
